What is a pedal resistance band good for?
A pedal resistance band combines a T-handle and two foot pedals with elastic cords, so you can train arms, shoulders, back, core, glutes and legs from a seated or standing position. That makes it useful for home workouts when you do not have room for free weights.
How much resistance do the bands provide?
Each band uses four high-elastic natural latex cords. You control the resistance by how far you stretch the cords, so the same band works for lighter warm-up reps and heavier sets. It is a general fitness product, not a medical device.
How does the straw holder attach?
The straw organizer mounts to a smooth, flat surface — the side of a fridge, tile, cabinet or wall — rather than sitting on a countertop. It has a two-tier layout with a lower catch tray and four compartments, and it holds paper, silicone and reusable metal straws plus cleaning brushes.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses cannot be fulfilled at this time.
